イギリスで2022年6月2日からはじまる女王のプラチナジュビリーの祝典を記念して、特別なビーフパイを作りました。上質な英国産ビーフを使用した期間限定の「ゲーリックビーフパイ」です。

ゲーリックソースとは、生クリームとマッシュルーム、ウィスキーを使ったソースで、元王室シェフのダレン・マグレディ氏によれば、女王と故フィリップ王子のお気に入りなんだそう。ご家族でのBBQやディナー、宴会式なので、ビーフに添えるソースとして好んで召し上がったそうです。

To celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee long weekend holiday starting on 2 June 2022, we have created a special limited edition pie using quality British Beef, Gaelic Beef Pie.

Gaelic Sauce is a cream, mushroom and whisky sauce and according to former royal chef Darren McGrady, this was the Queen and Prince Philip’s favourite sauce to accompany beef, whether it be at a family BBQ or dinner or at a formal banquet ceremony.
